JOB SUMMARY
Join our nursery team and play a key role in producing healthy, high-quality plants. As part of the shifting and planting operations crew, you’ll perform a variety of hands-on and machine-assisted tasks that keep our nursery thriving. Responsibilities include filling containers with soil, planting and shifting small or large container products, repairing ground cover, removing weeds and debris, and maintaining planting areas. You’ll also root prune liners, identify and correct root issues, and plant them into containers using proper horticultural techniques. Additional duties include labeling plants, loading and unloading containers, and supporting potting machine operations.
