The Home Health Scheduler Full Time is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our patients and their caregivers from intake to discharge for our Home Health office.
Essential Job Functions may include:
Contacts patients to: advise them of the order placed on their behalf and to confirm all patient demographic information; to communicate any financial responsibilities and/or additional information necessary for processing the order receivedScheduling Discipline visits and collaborating with staff providing patient careCommunicating with community Healthcare providers to assist in patient careDemonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customersComplies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and proceduresWhy Join Our Team?
