Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility based out of the Needham, MA area who is currently seeking a qualified Home Health RN to assist them on a contractual basis.

**Details of the position include:**

**Position** : Home Health/Hospice RN

**Coverage Area** : Arlington, Belmont, Lexington, Lincoln, Sudbury, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Weston, Winchester

**Start Date:** ASAP, 2-3 weeks upon offer acceptance

**Duration:** 13 weeks - likelihood of extension

**Schedule:**

+ Up to 6 visits per day
+ Productivity expectations – 26 points in 32 hours, 33 points in 40 hours
+ Monday - Friday, 8a-4:30p
+ Weekend rotation/shifts available if desired
+ 32 hours per week available if desired

**Contract Requirements:**

+ Must have current Massachusetts RN license
+ Must have Oasis Experience
+ Must have Capability Form filled out for submittal
