Job Requirements POSITION SUMMARY
To be fully engaged in providing No Harm / Quality, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by therapy program involving exercise, massage, heat, water, light, and electricity. Applies diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests. Performing interdisciplinary case management and providing appropriate age-specific therapy services.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITES
Adhere to all Health First, Inc., and Health First Home Care policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Conduct comprehensive assessments, including evaluations of home safety, pain, nutrition, fall risk, and DME needs, to support thorough patient care planning.
