Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seeking Home Care Support Workers in Leeton and surrounding areas including - Whitton, Murrami, Wamoon, Yanco, Corbie Hill, Merungle Hill, Gogeldrie for our customers within Home Health Aged care services.

• $32.61 - $36.59 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time
