Synergy Homecare MSP Metro (office in Roseville) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care in clients homes throughout the central metro area. This is a flexible part-time position (approximately 16-20 hours/week).

Duties:

·Assess clients in their homes, create Plans of Care, and provide nursing services
