Job Purpose:

+ Lead brand strategy and storytelling for Sunlight Surface Cleaners, delivering growth by planning, creating and managing brand presence, messaging and integrated campaigns across touchpoints.

+ Key responsibilities

+ Lead annual brand strategic planning, aligned to BG/BU strategy, handshake with cross-function and BG.

+ Plan, create and manage campaigns across digital, shopper, in-store and PR, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.

+ Develop local innovation, PPA initiatives by channel to deliver JTBDs with robust business case

+ Develop brand assets: content, key visuals, presentations, packaging and printed materials, ensuring accessibility and compliance.

+ Partner with CMI, CSP, CBD, R&D and Finance to land innovations and track performance.

+ Manage A&P budget and agency partners to maximise ROI.
