Duration: 02-Month Contract (extension likely based on performance)

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM   5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse unpurchased loan pipelines

Obtain necessary documentation to perfect a loan for delivery to Investors or Insurance with an agency

Perform compliance and ad hoc audits

Provide suspense and error trend analysis to the Operations Centers

Address issues which may arise after loan closing

Clear investor or agency suspense conditions

Work with EMB lenders, title companies or counties to address outstanding final documents

Work with borrowers to address loan deficiencies to allow insuring or guaranty of government loans

Manage the escrow holdback process

Perform compliance audits
