The Role

As a Full-Time HLTA, you will play a key role across the school, providing high-quality classroom cover during teachers' PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) time. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring pupils remain engaged and continue to make excellent progress in a positive learning environment.
