Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only (plus INSET days as required)
Salary: HLTA Scale (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated HLTA to join our friendly and supportive team as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HLTA to work across the primary age range, supporting pupils from Reception through to Year 5. The successful HLTA will work closely with teachers and school leaders to deliver high-quality learning experiences, provide targeted interventions, and lead whole-class teaching when required.

The successful HLTA will:

Hold HLTA status or possess equivalent qualifications and experience.

Have experience of working effectively within a primary school setting.

Be confident supporting teaching and learning across Reception to Year 5.
