**Job Title: Production Associate**

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (Weekly Pay)

**Job Description**

The Production Associate deburrs and grinds cut steel pieces to precise specifications, using hand tools and power tools in a busy steel fabrication environment. This role supports safe, efficient production by preparing steel components for further processing and inspection.

**Responsibilities**

+ Deburr and grind down cut pieces of steel to remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections according to quality standards.
+ Operate a flapper disk tool running at approximately 11,000 RPM to smooth and finish steel surfaces safely and efficiently.
+ Use hand tools, including hand chisels and other basic tools, to perform detailed finishing and touch-up work on steel components.
