Assisting Hands of Greater Murray is seeking a Hiring Manager to help build and support an exceptional team of caregivers. Reports to: Agency DirectorPrimary Duties:

Identify, interview, and hire outstanding candidates

Onboard new caregivers and ensure all files are within state compliance

Coordinate schedules and thoughtfully match caregivers to clients based on personality, availability, and skill set

Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers to promote engagement and retention

Support ongoing staffing needs and daily office operations
