Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products related to
glycols, brake fluids, and coolants
.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as viscometers, pH meters, density meters, spectrophotometers, and chromatographs (GC/HPLC).
Ensure all tests comply with applicable
ASTM, SAE, ISO, and industry standards
.
Maintain detailed records and enter test data into LIMS or quality management systems.
Support troubleshooting of process or product issues with production and R&D teams.
Contribute to new product development and product optimization projects.
Monitor lab procedures to ensure strict adherence to
safety, quality, and environmental regulations
.
Assist in internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and participation in reviews.
