Responsibilities

• Prepare mix and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails mocktails spirits wines beers and specialty drinks.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, take accurate orders and deliver personalized service.
• Adhere to standardized recipes, garnishing techniques and presentation guidelines for all beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area including counters, glassware, utensils and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, ice and supplies; assist with restocking and procurement.
• Process payments efficiently using POS systems, issue accurate bills and manage cash and card transactions securely.
• Stay current on the bar menu, signature drinks, seasonal offerings and promotional campaigns.
• Enforce legal drinking age policies and practice responsible alcohol service at all times.
