The Health Information Management (HIM) Data Integrity Coordinator ensures the accuracy and integrity of data entered into patients’ electronic health records (EHR) and other patient indices across all SMHCS entities. This role is critical in resolving complex record errors, auditing clinical documentation, and managing Health Information Exchange (HIE) functions to support safe, seamless patient care delivery.
- Require an associate's degree in health information technology or related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
