⭐ What You'll Be Doing

Leading learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, delivering pre‑planned lessons in the teacher's absence
Providing targeted intervention support in literacy, numeracy and SEND
Supporting behaviour, engagement and positive routines
Working closely with class teachers and senior leaders to raise attainment
