Pens Meadow provides quality education for pupils aged 4 to 19 with complex learning needs including medical conditions and autism. With an increased capacity for 30 additional pupils, the Governors are seeking suitably qualified, inspirational, dynamic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join the highly successful school team. The school’s most recent OfSTED inspection in May 2025 was very positive.
The role involves management and development of a specialist area within the school and/or line management of classroom support staff, depending on the skills set of the successful candidate.
