Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a High Performance Work Team Leader - Machine Shop. This position will be located at our Jackson, MS facility.

The Jackson facility has approximately 550 employees and is a leader in the design, development, manufacture and delivery of Aerospace hydraulic components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets.

The High-Performance Work Team Leader, Manufacturing – Machine Shop is responsible for leading the machine shop operations for hourly employees and to drive continuous improvements in production, quality, and safety while driving improvement through the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS).

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.
