We are looking for a **HIC Market Access Specialist** to provide strategic direction and leadership to the Contracts Business, to lead all aspects of contracts management, participate and lead discussions with insurance companies and 3rd party distributors as applicable.

Based in **Hoofddorp,** this role is responsible for supporting and optimizing Abbott’s contracting strategy by identifying new opportunities, assessing financial risks and opportunities, providing pricing expertise for complex bids, improving contract profitability, and driving standardized contract targeting and segmentation through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. It requires strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership to maintain Abbott’s competitive advantage in contracting.
