HGV Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver to work on behalf of a local District Council in the North Mansfield area.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking driver looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with early starts and consistent hours.


The Role


As a Bin Lorry Driver, your duties will include:

  • Operating a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV Class 2)

  • Collecting domestic and commercial waste/recycling

  • Leading and working alongside a crew of loaders

  • Navigating residential streets and tight access routes safely

  • Operating hydraulic systems to empty bins efficiently

  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
