Our client is looking to take a number of drivers on full time, after successful temp to perm period. The reason for the increase in numbers is they’re moving the operation from Oxford to Bicester, allowing them to run more vehicles.

Until 10th August 2026, the operation will continue to run from Oxford, so until then you must be willing to go to that site, from 10th August, it will go from its new site in Bicester and that is where you will work from then on.

The operation is Monday – Thursday with the aim of completing a minimum of 42 hours per week, some Fridays are operational for additional hours, whilst with the agency you will be paid all hours worked, once full time any hours over 42 are banked and can be used for time off / be paid out to you once you’ve reached an amount.
