Patient Demographics: Adults
Care of general hematology/oncology patients with support from a physician and an additional APP
Must be comfortable with both hematology and oncology care, with subspecialty support available within the network
Responsibilities include responding to questions from care team members, answering patient-related inquiries, ordering and following up on labs/imaging, maintaining up-to-date medical records, and signing chemotherapy orders
