            Key Responsibilities  Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products. 
Organize and distribute fabrics, trims, and other materials to workers on the production floor. 
Ensure that all materials are stored properly and are easily accessible to the production team. 
Support machine operators in monitoring machine performance and assist with adjustments as needed. 
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor. 
Follow safety protocols and assist in maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring the proper handling of materials and equipment. 
Assist workers with tasks such as cutting, folding, or packing apparel items. 
Support production teams with general duties to meet production deadlines. 
 Qualifications & Experience  Formal education is required, ability to read and write. 
On-the-job training is typically provided.
