Respond to customers calls in a professional and courteous manner
Draft professional emails to respond to customers' enquiries
Follow call script processes to answer incoming calls, emails, etc
Generate reports using Excel
Responsible for logging calls and ensure all calls contain clear problem description, resolution and all activities carried during resolution of the problems with the customers
Requirements
Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Studies or equivalent
At least 1 year relevant experience in related field
Good written and spoken English
Basic technical knowledge skills PC troubleshooting, basic connectivity
Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
