HELPDESK SUPPORT ENGINEER
Petaling Jaya - Kota Damansara
RESPONSIBILITY:
Respond to user's queries via chat, email, phone and ticketing portal. Handle inbound/outbound tickets in comply to the SLA. Provide Level 1 technical support to users and escalate the issue to supervisor if it remains unresolved. Understand the nature of the issues faced by users and provide adequate solutions. Follow up on escalation cases till closure. REQUIREMENTS:
2 years' experience in helpdesk / technical support roles. Have knowledge on IT hardware and software. Able to work based on 24/7 shift, by rotational. Patience, able to work under pressure and customer service oriented. Good in communication skills. Candidates must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology
