The job involves helping to move a few light items between rooms, carrying boxes up a short flight of stairs, and assisting with loading a small wardrobe into my car for disposal or resale. No heavy lifting beyond standard boxes and a dresser. I’d prefer someone punctual, with a calm approach, and able to bring basic moving supplies like a dolly or straps if available.
