Help Desk Support Specialist (L2/L3 Focus)
Location: Omaha, NE (onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overview
We are hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide Level 1–3 support, with a strong focus on Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting and escalations. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of issues and resolve more complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
+ Provide Tier 1–3 support for hardware, software, and user issues
+ Troubleshoot Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments
+ Resolve network issues (VPN, DNS, connectivity)
+ Handle escalations, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes
+ Support device imaging, deployments, and system updates
+ Document resolutions and contribute to process improvements
