Role Overview
We are looking for a Help Desk Support Engineer to provide remote IT support. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end-user devices and applications, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates will also have opportunities to gain exposure to AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, mac OS, printers, external displays, and peripheral devices.
