Job Description Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Operator to support day-to-day operations across the NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Help Desk Team Leader, this role will act as the first point of contact for service requests, incidents and operational issues across live public precincts. Working closely with Facilities Management, Event Operations, Permit and Berth teams, HSE and contractors, you will help ensure issues are logged, coordinated and resolved efficiently and safely.
