Our large, FINTECH client is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst (Contract/5 days/week) in Malvern, PA for a 3 Month Contract to support onboarding. Heavy focus on customer service skills.Responsibilities:
Help Desk Analyst provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.Identifies, researches and resolves the most complex technical problems.Help Desk Analyst responds to telephone, email and on line requests for technical support.Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.Help Desk Analyst coordinates with other teams or specialists to resolve an issue.
