We’re hiring 3 Heavy Equipment Operators to support a large excavation project in Lincoln. This role focuses on dozer work, grading, and moving material to prepare the site for development.

**Responsibilities:**

• Operate dozers, excavators, and loaders for mass excavation work

• Perform grading and land leveling to meet site specifications

• Load and move materials efficiently to support site progress

• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic upkeep

• Follow all safety procedures on an active jobsite

**Essential Skills:**

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience

• Experience with dozers, excavators, and loaders
