An exciting opportunity to join our Integrated Heart Failure Service at NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group to support the heart failure service on the Royal Liverpool Site on a 37.5 hour basis over 7 days. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will support band 7 clinical nurse specialists within the current team.
The role involves close collaboration with the heart failure multidisciplinary team, providing patient education, supporting symptom management and reducing unnecessary hospital admission, while maximizing quality of life. Flexibility and awareness of heart failure are essential in a proactive, dynamic, and committed team environment.
