Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support Epic applications based on business and clinical requirements.
Gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, upgrades, and production support.
Develop interfaces and integrations with third-party healthcare systems.
Support data migration, validation, and system optimization activities.
Work closely with clinicians, business users, and technical teams.
Participate in system design, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
Prepare technical and functional documentation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and security requirements.
