As a CSR for our Healthcare Account, you will handle customer inquiries related to health benefits, claims, coverage, billing, and general healthcare services. You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining excellent service standards across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails from healthcare members and providers
- Provide accurate information regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing
- Document interactions and follow established healthcare policies and procedures
- Resolve concerns efficiently while demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
