We’re looking for an experienced HSW Insights and Learning Manager to join our Global HSW team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis.
The HSW Systems, Planning and Learning team enables the co‑op to continually improve health, safety and wellbeing outcomes globally through clear plans, human‑centred solutions to complex system‑wide issues, and learning from reviews, assurance activity, events and good work practices.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in strengthening how Fonterra measures, understands and learns from HSW performance. You’ll lead the development of meaningful insights and reporting that support effective decision‑making at Board, executive and operational levels.
