The Health and Safety Officer at SP -Wind is responsible for ensuring that all operations—including training delivery, wind turbine supervision, and statutory inspections—are conducted in full compliance with the ISO 45001 , South African OHS Act , Construction Regulations , and GWO safety standards . This role is critical in developing, enforcing, and continuously improving HSE systems, conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and supporting emergency response procedures across all SP -Wind activities.
