            Responsibilities  Extract, analyze, report, and monitor provider data across various business functions, systems, and interfaces 
Manage new Health Partner Lifecycle (HPLC) initiatives from concept through implementation 
Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses to support business case creation and decision-making 
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for provider data and its impact on downstream processes 
Review reports and data for pattern identification, trend analysis, and special cause variation 
Develop, document, test, and validate new data solutions and process improvements 
Mentor peers to achieve cross-functional capability and subject matter expertise 
 Requirements  Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience 
Minimum of five years of healthcare data analysis or project management experience
