Reporting to the Director of Public Health for the Town of Burlington, the Health Inspector is responsible for enforcing the provisions of various federal, state, and local public health laws and regulations for the Tri‐Ton Coalition, an inter‐municipal shared services program serving the Towns of Burlington, Lexington and Wilmington. This position is part‐time, grant funded through June 2027 with potential to expand beyond that. Starting salary is $40.00 per hour with a maximum 19 hours per week. Essential functions Administers and enforces the provisions of federal, state and local public health laws and rules, regulations and programs.
