Summary This position is located in the Eligibility Center of the Central Business Office (CBO) at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) under the direct supervision of the Eligibility Center Supervisor. The incumbent continuously embraces and supports the CAVHS mission, vision, and core values. Responsibilities Serve as technical expert providing enrollment and eligibility guidance to service and facility leadership. Responsible for entering demographic, insurance, and income information into the Veterans Enrollment System (VES) for maintaining critical contact and reimbursement processes. Provides administrative support and collaborates with inpatient staffing personnel such as Physicians, Physician's Assistants, Nurses, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians, Social Workers, and other administrative and professional staff throughout CAVHS area transitioning patients identified as ineligible for VA patient care.
