ERM is hiring a Health and Safety (EHS) Director to support our key clients’ advanced exploration program in the Yukon, Canada. The role will operate as a de facto on‑site EHS leader, responsible for the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of EHS Management System (EHSMS), while driving a positive and proactive safety culture across a remote field camp environment.
The successful candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, enabling immediate impact through hands‑on leadership, coaching, and system execution. This role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible exploration activities aligned with our commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.
This is a full‑time (40+ hours per week) limited‑term with a duration of 3 months, extendable.
