• Minimum 5 years of experience in a large or medium headhunting company.
• Experience managing recruitment positions and business development for new clients
• Experience managing large projects
• ATS and Sales CRM experience
• Spanish would be a nice plus.
• Willing to work in a remote enviroment and follow KPI's
