Showcasing refined Greek flavours, seasonal produce and a laid-back taverna-style energy, Pyro is all about food to linger over and service that feels like home. With a large outdoor terrace, open fire kitchen, and garden bar, we’re building a flagship team to help shape one of London’s most exciting new restaurants.

Role Overview

As a Head Waiter/Waitress at Pyro, you’ll be a key presence on the floor - approaching service with confidence, mentoring newer team members, and ensuring that every table receives warm, professional service. You’ll play a central role in shaping the rhythm and standard of each service.
