About the Role

BestStart Paerata Rise is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Teacher to lead our Toddlers team. Our modern, purpose-built centre is growing alongside the Paerata community, with strong connections to local schools, parks, and whānau. 

As Head Teacher, you will lead your team and collaborate with others to achieve the best outcomes for our people and tamariki. You will champion our centre philosophy, Popoia te kākano, kia puāwai – Nurture the seed so it will blossom, ensuring it is reflected in everyday practice and the learning experiences you create.
