Develop and lead the organisation’s long-term sustainability strategy aligned with business objectives and global best practices.
Advise the Board, CEO & senior leadership on ESG risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
Champion a culture of sustainability across all levels of the organisation.
2. Regulatory Reporting & Compliance (Malaysia)
Own and lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of all mandatory sustainability disclosures required under Bursa Malaysia's Main Market Listing Requirements when the company is listed.
Prepare the company in ensuring compliance with the Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting Framework and any updates issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia moving forward.
