A leading Tier 1 contractor in the UAE is seeking an experienced Head QHSE to lead the QHSE Department for infrastructure and utilities packages across large projects in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the overall QHSE strategy across large-scale infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, and industrial projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and international best practices
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing expert guidance on QHSE matters, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
• Build and foster a strong safety-first culture across the organization, ensuring high levels of awareness, accountability, and operational preparedness
