            Job Description

Lead, coach and support the Porter team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Oversee valet parking, luggage services, guest transportation and concierge operations.
Manage team rosters, training and daily porter operations.
Ensure activity sales procedures are followed, coordinate operator familiarisations, and reconcile sales each shift.
Assist guests with enquiries, local recommendations and activity bookings.
Drive activity sales through exceptional guest engagement.
Work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Support reception duties as required.
Ensure compliance with Accor standards and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

Previous team lead, supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel Porter, Concierge or Front Office environment will be advantageous.
