Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets including deposits withdrawals 
Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures 
Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets 
Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events and testing with no issues 
Risk Mitigation & Compliance Monitor internal alerts and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to react to incidents and implement safeguards 
Continuously review existing risk and controls to prevent potential future impact to the firm or users 
Process Optimization Review internal processes and simplify or automate processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
