Introduction The Head of Transformation is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, directing and integrating the organisation’s transformation and social investment agenda. The role provides enterprise-wide stewardship, ensuring alignment, coherence and impact across initiatives, while advising Exco, the Social & Ethics Committee and the Board on strategy, performance and governance. Duties & Responsibilities

Transformation & BBBEE Stewardship Provide strategic oversight of the organisation’s transformation and BBBEE agenda, ensuring full alignment with legislation and applicable codes. Guide and optimise performance across key elements including skills development, enterprise and supplier development, and broader transformation levers. Provide assurance on verification processes, compliance integrity and ongoing improvement of scorecard outcomes.
