Principle activities Support the strategic planning of the department/unit (Abteilung/Fachbereich) by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame. Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor and make sure there is compliance with it.
