Provide disciplinary leadership to the Site Reliability Engineering team, fostering a high performance, collaborative, and innovation driven culture.
Own all initiatives related to Site Reliability Engineering, including long term strategy, roadmap definition, execution oversight, and budget accountability.
Ensure delivery of secure, reliable, and high quality software & services aligned with customer needs and business expectations.
Establish and enforce best practices in coding standards, documentation, architecture, and development methodologies.
Manage external service providers where needed—including contracts, coordination, and cost validation.
Work closely with product owners, technical leads, UX, business stakeholders, and other Head-Ofs to ensure alignment, dependencies resolution, and shared ownership of outcomes.
